Victim was drinking at home and proceeded to abuse the Defendant’s girlfriend via Facebook. Defendant attended the victim’s house with the intention of delivering physical reprisal. The victim armed himself with a tennis racquet. The Defendant used a knife to stab the victim in the abdomen.
