The incident arose when the client took a corner and crashed his vehicle into a nearly shop front.
Upon police attendance, he blew a blood alcohol reading of 0.309.
Penalty Received
Following a detailed analysis of the evidence against the client, our team was able to finalise the entire matter on the basis of the client pleading guilty only to the driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor. Due to the way the matter was finalised, the client received simply a fine and a licence disqualification.
