Our client pleaded guilty to driving disqualified and acknowledged a breach of bond which was for an offence of driving disqualified which carried a 28 day suspended sentence. For the drive disqualified charge, our client received a $300.00 fine and the breach of bond was excused and he was ordered to enter into a new bond in the sum of $500.00 for nine months, and that his term of 28 days imprisonment be suspended.
