3 Counts of Trafficking Methylamphetamine

T was originally charged with three counts of trafficking of methylamphetamine. We were successful in having the charges downgraded to one count of supply.

Caldicott + Isaacs Lawyers were successful in having the charges reduced to one count of supply. His Honour in the District Court dealt with the matter without recording a conviction and fined T $250.00. An excellent result.

Not receiving a conviction meant that T could continue to work in their job, which required them to travel to contries that restrict persons with criminal convictions, entry.
