Defendant was drinking at Feathers Hotel. Went outside for a cigarette. Was asked to leave premises. Wanted to purchase additional alcohol from bottle shop. Became agitated when refused service. Police attended and arrested Defendant. Defendant injured shoulder during the process of arrest and struggled with police as a result.
