We obtained psychological reports together with a large number of references. We then compiled affidavits and placed all material before the Court. We then negotiated with the Crown Solicitor’s Office, and we were successful in having Consent Minutes made releasing him from his obligation to report. It was a very successful outcome in the circumstances.
