Defendant was drinking with a friend at the Crown Hotel in Victor Harbour. Friend was ejected from the premises. Police were called to attend. Defendant was loud and abusive. Defendant pushed a police officer and then resisted arrest. Attempted to kick police while being ushered into police vehicle.
