Our team was appearing on an interim intervention order.
Charges
Circumstances
Once the affidavit of the complainant was reviewed it was conceded by the court that the grounds for the order were not made out, namely that there was no act of violence and that it was not likely to continue in any event. The intervention order was withdrawn as against the defendant. The client was extremely happy with the outcome.
